Things to Do Upfront

 

  1. Find your supervisor information. Refer to the email that was sent to you, titled "New Employee Reporting Instructions." Here you will find key information: Your start date, job title, supervisor POC information, and your org code.
  2. Contact your supervisor and set up a time to meet after New Employee Orientation.
  3. Find two Federal I-9 conforming IDs. (One must be a conforming photo ID). You will need to show these IDs to come on campus and to begin your employment.
  4. Download and review the New Employee Information Handouts.

 

Week Prior to New Employee Orientation

 
  1. Please review this page in its entirety. The information provided is designed to help ensure you are fully prepared for your two days of orientation.

  2. Complete the two (2) training requirements (Details - Completing Your Pre-Requisite Training)

  3. Prepare for your first day (Prepare to Report Virtually)  (Prepare to Report to SD Campus)

  4. Review our agenda to familiarize yourself with the schedule and its requirements. All listed times are in Pacific time.

Review (Prep to Report Virtually ) or (Prep to Report to SD Campus). Be on time. Get comfortable, stay engaged, and enjoy your orientation experience.
