Military Welcome Aboard

NIWC Pacific has multiple facilities located within the Continental U.S. and Indo-Pacific region, so we will ensure you are assigned a military sponsor to assist you and your family as you prepare to join the Team. If you have not been contacted by your assigned sponsor, please reach out to NIWC_PAC_COMMAND_SPONSORSHIP@NAVY.MIL to coordinate with our Command Sponsorship Coordinator.

Your check-in date and process will depend on the location and department you are assigned to, so making contact with your sponsor in advance will allow for better coordination between you, your sponsor, and our Military Administration team. If you have any administrative questions regarding your check-in process or package, you may contact our Military Administration office at (619) 553-1050 or NIWC_PAC_MILADMIN@us.navy.mil. If reporting after hours, you can contact the Command Duty Officer at (619) 208-3036.
